What is the difference between E.I.F.S stucco and cementitious stucco?

The E.I.F.S stucco system is applied using rigid insulation board which is rated to 3-R per inch. It's lightweight and very flexible for expanding and contracting. It usually comes with an acrylic flat finish, whereas cementitious stucco comes with a cement finish 5/8” to ¾” thick. Cementitious stucco has a very good fire rating, and has a very strong surface for dent and ding resistance; a finishing coat of acrylic can be applied to it.

What is the price difference between E.I.F.S stucco and cementitious stucco?

Price always depends on the particular structure to be quoted. That said, E.I.F.S stucco is usually priced at $8-$12 per square foot and cementitious stucco is usually priced at $6-$10 per square foot.

What is the difference between a manufactured stone and a natural stone?

A manufactured stone is created from cement being poured into a mould to mimic the look of a real rock. Texture and colour are introduced in the moulding process. The price is usually less than a natural stone which is more favourable for small budget jobs. Natural stone is quarried from the earth, and then manufactured for size and thickness so it can be more easily handled by the installer. Both stone types are adhered to the structure to mimic a more expensive look at a fraction of the cost.
